The PCI quick release splitter brackets are a simple bolt on solution for mounting splitters. There are no tools required for disconnecting the splitter. Once the lower brackets are hooked in place to the upper main mounts a stainless steel pin will lock the lower bracket to upper main mounts. Both upper and lower parts are powder coated steel. The lower brackets are designed in a way that they can tear off during an accident or high impact to reduce damage to the chassis mounting points. Some chassis are more susceptible to damage than others which will determine the max break away strength of the brackets. All PCI splitter brackets are height adjustable.
